Ingredients

olive oil

red onions
finely sliced

red bell pepper

Instructions
Heat the oven to 425F/220C.
In a large skillet, on medium-high heat, heat the oil and brown the sausages all over, then remove from pan and set aside.
In the same oil, fry the onions till golden and season.
Add the peppers and sauté for 1 minute.
Return the sausages to the pan and place in the oven for 7-10 minutes, or till the sausages are cooked through.
Notes
Select good quality chicken sausages.
Store in a covered container in the fridge for 2 to 3 days.
