Ingredients

oil

pulled beef

medium
onion, diced
3
cloves
garlic, minced
1
inch
fresh ginger
grated
1
sweet baby red pepper

teaspoon
red chilli flakes
a
handful
fresh coriander/cilantro
chopped
½
lemon
juiced
salt and pepper
to taste

Instructions
Heat a large skillet, on medium heat, pour in the oil and add the beef.
Stir till it is heated through then add the onions, garlic, ginger, red pepper and chilli flakes.
After a minute, add the coriander (cilantro), lemon juice and seasoning. Mix it together then remove from the heat and serve in wraps.
