Peel 2 large navel oranges and place in a blender with 140 grams Greek Yogurt, 65 grams sugar and 1 tablespoon lemon juice. Blend till smooth.

Pour into a freezer proof dish or container and freeze for 1 hour, till yogurt is solid. Remove from the freezer and allow to soften slightly before serving.
Notes
Use a full fat Greek yogurt for best results.If you cannot find navel oranges, use similar large juicy oranges and remove any seeds.Store in a sealed container in the freezer for up to a month.Remove from the freezer and keep on the counter to soften before serving.
