Chicken sausages with peppers and onions is an easy 3 ingredient, one pan dish, perfect for breakfast or a quick weeknight meal.

It had been a long day when I stopped by the butchers on my way home and they had these freshly prepared chicken sausages. Made with parsley, garlic and spices, the butcher insisted I try them, so I bought a couple of kilos (we have teenagers).
An easy 3-ingredient dish
This really is such a lazy dish as you only need 3 ingredients: the sausages, onions and red bell peppers, plus one skillet, and you’re good to go.
Great for brunch or a lazy dinner
These sausages are not just super quick to make, but they fill the house with the most delicious aroma! It is the perfect dish for an easy Sunday Brunch or a lazy yet comforting dinner.
Why we love it
As the sausages cook, the juices coat the vegetables, giving a wonderful mix of flavours!
How to serve it
I served this with some bread on the side and a salad with a simple vinaigrette.

These are some juicy looking sausages, and the peppers makes it even better! I would try this with a salad bread exactly how you did it :).

Looks yummy! Sausages with peppers are my favorite! Back in the day, I would always order it from my favorite restaurant. I don’t know why I don’t make it more often!
